2.2 Financial Terms, Deposits & Credit

All initial deposits and top-ups are strictly non-refundable once funds have been loaded into an active advertising account. We accept payments via cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) and bank wire. For clients utilizing our Credit Line services, invoices must be settled according to the agreed-upon billing cycle. Failure to settle credit balances will result in immediate account suspension.

2.3 Account Suspensions & Replacements

While we provide highly resilient agency accounts, the ultimate decision regarding ad approval and account standing rests with the advertising network (e.g., Taboola). If an account is suspended, VirelliMedia guarantees a free replacement account and the immediate transfer of your remaining unspent balance. We are not liable for lost revenue or data pixel loss resulting from network suspensions.

2.4 Prohibited Content

While we support aggressive verticals (Nutra, Crypto, Sweepstakes), advertisers must not promote illegal goods, non-consensual content, or engage in malicious cloaking that actively harms network infrastructure. VirelliMedia reserves the right to terminate service for any client violating these core safety principles.
